PCGS PR70 DCAM Question: Am I Picking Nits???

I recently picked up a 2008W ASE graded PCGS PR70 DCAM. I see some small
spots near the lettering which seems to me a compromise of the PR70DCAM
grade. Any comments ???

Send to PCGS under spot review. Or if possible, return to seller.

I also think of it as a compromise, but then again I also think there is no such thing as a PR70 or MS70.

More than likely the spotting developed inside the holder, not when the coin was graded.

No you are not being nitpicky.

If you can return the coin then do so otherwise submit for spot review and downgrade.

A PF70 should not have these spots.

I am a submitter of the modern proof material. No way a 70 should show those spots. Had to have spotted up in the holder after it was graded.

I think it should be sent back to PCGS for a Downgrade review (at least that's what I would do).
